Founder & CEO
HUSH-HUSH CONSULTING & BEYOND was founded and is led by Dr Virgil-Horațiu Năbîrjoiu, whose professional experience spans more than three decades in intelligence, counter-intelligence, security and classified information management.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership, coordination and representative roles within national and international institutions. He coordinated the management of NATO and EU classified information at the Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs and served as the Ministry’s permanent representative to NATO, with diplomatic status.
He holds a doctorate in Management, has an academic background in management, psychology, sociology and political science, and is also an authorised mediator.
He now applies his public-sector experience in the private sector through strategic consulting, risk assessment and support for complex decision-making.
HUSH-HUSH CONSULTING & BEYOND works with a selected network of independent professionals with experience in strategic management, public administration, security, compliance, financial analysis and corporate governance.
Depending on the complexity of each project, we bring together the relevant skills and, where necessary, involve partners specialising in areas such as business law, taxation and auditing. Our ongoing collaborations include a law firm experienced in advising companies and investors.
Each specialist retains their professional independence, while HUSH-HUSH CONSULTING & BEYOND remains responsible for project coordination, the client relationship and the results delivered.
